(x)Matters enables any business process to trigger two-way communications (text, voice, email, etc.) and our use cases have grown over the years from Service Desk Incident & Change management escalations/ alerting to literally any imaginable process that might require communications to be triggered.
We take your organization’s incident management process (on-call schedule, conference calls, phone/SMS/email communications, resolution audit trail) and automate it to improve Mean Time to Resolution by 50%. Communication with your employees becomes a 2-way channel, allowing them to respond and take action. Also included are FYI notifications for impacted users to reduce inbound calls to the help desk. All the while, we give you the power to start conference bridges and track ticket progress from your mobile device.
•Cash America experienced a 77% reduction in Mean Time to Resolution
•GE saved 30 minutes during critical IT incidents
•Sprint Nextel saved $2.5 mil through efficiency improvements
