Please join us on Thursday, August 21st from 11:30 - 1:00 for a presentation on Knowledge-Centered Support, conducted by Cynthia Caton, Sandia National Laboratories, and Chris Lucero, The Kemtah Group. Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) is a methodology and a set of practices and processes that focus on knowledge as a key asset of the Support Center.
