Understand how to reach across team silos, identify gaps, remove confusion and assign ownership to successfully fulfill requests against your Services. This presentation will provide the steps from A to Z on how to conduct working sessions, identify stakeholders, improve results and maintain consistency to add credibility to your Service.


Speaker: Ryan Cooper, Information Technology Project Manager, University of New Mexico

Ryan Cooper is a project manager focused on service definition and process improvement at the University of New Mexico. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the healthcare and government industries, spanning customer support, infrastructure, and regulatory disciplines. Ryan’s current work involves the definition, development, and improvement of services for the University of New Mexico’s IT department.
