The University of New Mexico Information Technologies department is seeking qualified candidates for two IT Service Desk positions.  Both require experience and expertise in information technology and delivering customer service and support.  One is a mid-level position requiring supervisory experience; the other is a more entry-level position with an opportunity to develop supervisory skills.
